Policies

Shipping

We ship across India through courier partners. Shipping is ₹60 per order, free above ₹999. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment.

Returns and refunds

Because most products are food items, we do not accept returns, except when an item arrives damaged, spoiled or different from what you ordered. Please message us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the product.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). A small gateway fee is shown at checkout and is paid by the customer.

Privacy

We store your WhatsApp number, your name and your delivery address only to process orders and sign you in. Sellers never see your address or phone number. We do not sell your data.
